Hello! My name is Miles French, and I’m thrilled to join the team at Alpine Integrated Medicine as a first-year resident. I have fond memories of visiting my grandmother in Redmond throughout my youth, and I’m excited to put down roots in this community as I begin my journey into residency.
I studied psychology and pre-medicine at Lewis & Clark College in Portland, OR, before earning my Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from the National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM). My education has given me a strong foundation in both integrative and conventional approaches to healthcare, allowing me to draw from a broad spectrum of healing modalities. At the core of my practice is a belief in the body’s inherent capacity to heal when supported with the right tools and environment.

I approach patient care with a focus on building the foundations of health—nutrition, restful sleep, and regular movement. I also emphasize the importance of addressing the root cause of illness rather than simply managing symptoms. In addition to these core principles, I integrate botanical medicine, nutritional supplements, and mind-body therapies to support patients on their healing journeys. Whenever possible, I strive to incorporate modalities that nurture mental and emotional well-being, such as mindfulness practices, breathing exercises, and stress management techniques.
For me, connection to nature is central to both my life and my practice. When I’m not in the clinic, I often find myself grounding in nature through meditation, hiking, or exploring local swimming spots. These activities not only rejuvenate me but also remind me of the deep connection between our environment and our well-being—a cornerstone of Naturopathic Medicine.
I’m excited to bring my passion for holistic, patient-centered care to Alpine Integrated Medicine and to be part of a team that shares a commitment to empowering patients on their path to optimal health.
