Ever feel like things are going fast, and you just need a minute to relax?

I think in our fast-paced world, it’s hard and sometimes even frowned upon to take time for ourselves, but in order to lead balanced, sustainable lives, we need those calm times.  This week for Traditional Chinese Medicine Wednesday, I wanted to share an article I found that talks about an easy exercise that you can do to find that sense of calmness in an otherwise hectic day.
